- Manage projects, overseeing all aspects including fabrication, installation, budgets, schedules, contracts, insurance
- Correspond with clients
- Write project text, meeting minutes, correspondence
- Locate various consultants to work on projects
- Review and organize archive materials
- Scan materials, including correspondence, photographs, publications
- Work on documentation and publication of various projects
- Write text for projects
- Correspond with archivist and assistants in other studiosLondon and Seoul
- Maintain and streamline organizational systems
- Research and order equipment, materials, supplies
- Help with general studio organization
- Organize meetings and travel
- Work closely with Studio Manager
- Bachelors Degree in related field, preferably architecture, design, art administration
- 3 - 5 years work experience
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent organization skills with careful attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in Korean a plus
