Art Takes Miami - Exhibition

Where will YOU be when the heavy hitters of the art world are in Miami this December?

You're invited to participate in Art Takes Miami 2011. This international search for artistic talent, skill and vision will present one visionary in his/her very own featured booth at this year's SCOPE Art Fair during one of the world's most important gatherings for artists and collectors. Easily submit your completed work, work in progress and/or proposals online and have a chance at a feature in one of the most important art events of the year.

Dacia Gallery invites emerging and established artists to submit artwork for an opportunity to participate in a Solo Exhibition in October to exhibit new works of art. One artist will be selected by Dacia Gallery directors and advisors to receive a Solo Exhibition from October 20 – November 12, 2011.

Georgia Museum of Art/ Kress Foundation

Fifty years ago, the Samuel H. Kress Foundation gave a small collection of Italian Renaissance paintings to the Georgia Museum of Art. Now, in celebration of that anniversary the Georgia Museum of Art announces the Kress Project. The museum is soliciting responses to these paintings. All ages and all levels of education may participate. Details on how to submit, submission forms, images of the paintings and information on them are available on this website. At the end it will be judged by a panel who will choose up to 24 winners to be published in a book and awarded a $500 prize each. Qualifications: Open. How to Apply:
