The Open Society Arts and Culture Program works at the nexus of arts, culture, human rights, and social advocacy. Through its grant program, the program strives to encourage broad-based critical reflection and catalyze social action in parts of the world where open societies are absent or weak, and where the cultural rights of minority groups are endangered.  


RAID Projects, Los Angeles Artist Residency
3 or 6 months residencies

Los Angeles based AIR program Raid Projects offers a bedroom and a studio for artists to come to California, make new work, network with galleries and curators, discuss ideas with our full-time resident staff and explore Los Angeles. We host two Artists In Residence at one time for periods of 3 or 6 months.  

Blue Sky Project 2012 Summer Residency, Ohio
