Cute Bushwick Apartment Sublet-$1,200/mo

We're going to Italy for a month for a residency and a little travel, and we're subletting our true 2 bedroom apartment from May 1- June 1 (also will be available through June 15, prorated for that 2 week period).  Bright and sunny corner apartment with lots of windows. 1/2 block from the Jefferson L (15 minutes to Union Square).  The area is half residential, and half industrial.  There are many artists living and working in the area; in the studios off the Morgan stop, BFP East, on Cypress and in the Troutman Building.  In fact, if you're an artist, and looking for workspace, we're also subletting our lovely studio for the month, which is about 2 blocks away from the apartment.
About the apartment:  TONS of windows, washer and dryer in the apartment (yay for no laundromats!), quiet neighbors and close to many shops and bars - Hana Natural Food Market, Wyckoff-Starr Coffee shop, Northeast Kingdom, Pearls Social Club, Soho Art Materials Brooklyn, Bodega Bar, Green Village Thrift Shop, and more.  We love it and hope you'll love it, too.  Please provide us with at least one reference, and rent for the month, $1,200 is all that is needed for the sublet (if you want to stay through June 15, rent will only be an extra $600). Contact stephanie.a.lindquist@gmail.com for more info.
